This Site recommends only a moderate amount of exercise, and that only after

This Site recommends against all extreme forms of exercise, such as running
four or more miles a day, or running in a 26-mile marathon. Overall, all individuals
should go very slow when first starting an exercise program. There is no need to rush
into exercise, just to burn out in a few weeks. Walking short distances is a good place
to start for most individuals, in good health.
